National Museum of the US Army

A 5-year building project, the National Museum of the United States Army has been the largest and most intricate museum project Cusimano & Associates has undertaken to date. Opened in 2020, the NMUSA is a world class museum in the Washington DC area and the official museum of the nation’s military branch.
The Warriors’ Plaza (pictured at the top of this page) represents the next chapter in NMUSA’s development. Since the Museum’s opening, the project has begun development and construction and is set to open in Spring of 2023.
The National Museum of the United States Army celebrates 247 years of Army history and honors our nation’s soldiers – past, present, and future – the regular Army, the Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard.

The National Museum of the United States Army celebrates 245 years of Army history and honors our nation’s soldiers – past, present, and future – the regular Army, the Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard.


General George Patton Museum of Leadership
Fort Knox, KY
The General George Patton Museum of Leadership is a museum in Fort Knox, Kentucky, dedicated to the memory of General George S. Patton, Jr., and his role as a leader from World War I to the present day. The museum is administered by the U.S. Army Cadet Command, Fort Knox and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.
The museum was originally founded as the Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armour in 1948 and was later renamed the General George Patton Museum of Leadership. The museum is managed as part of the US Army Accessions Command and receives 358,000 visitors a year.
